Email support is available to customers that have purchased a license that includes support. Our support team is available during regular business hours (aside from holidays) in the United States. Expect a response within 24 hours. Please note that we have a limit of four (4) email support tickets per quarter and twelve (12) per year, per customer. Support tickets are only used when resolution is met.
We encourage our users to open a forum topic before opening a support case. We actively monitor and respond to topics on the forums. Forum topics help other users by providing a searchable knowledgebase for everyone.
